Hey guys, I just wanted to mention that it seems that the \”Number of opens\” does not synchronize if an email is being opened on the phone more than once.

Hi Mariya,

thanks for contacting us. If an email has been opened more than once within a period of 15 minutes, this counts as “opened once”.
