I have a subscription with Mailbutler but when I schedule emails, the system does not sent them. Please let me know what could be the problem.

Hi Sanne,
Thanks for contacting us. 
It is possible that this is a bug. In order to help you, could you please do the following:

  1. Please check if you are on the most current Mailbutler version (Mailbutler companion app in menu bar -> Settings icon -> Check for Updates…
  2. Please tell us when this issue started occurring (f.e. since updating).
  3. Please tell us if this happens with all the emails you schedule.
  4. Please tell us if you are getting an error message (if so, send us a screenshot).
  5. Please tell us which OS and email server you are using.
  6. Please try to quit/disable Mailbutler and see if the problem is still occurring.
