Since the last update to Mail or your program we have noticed a problem. Scheduled emails never get sent. It always worked before so I think I know how to set it up. It is not that complicated. Have other customers complained about this? Have you looked into this?

Could you please check your Compatibility Settings, and make sure that Compatibility Mode is turned OFF?
You can check that by going to Mail > Preferences > Mailbutler > Compatibility Settings and make sure the box next to Mailbutler is UNchecked.
