Dear Sir/ Madam, 
I used your professional plan for a year and it shows that I am now in an Essential plan. I think this is because the contract is ended. I am going to renew and pay again but when I process the payment it shows that I am already in the plan so cannot pay. The msg show me I only have 2 actions reminded! Please help it out immediately.
