I want to use Mailbutler for personal use (Apple Mail) and for business use (Outlook). I have created two separate accounts but no matter what I do, I cannot get my work Mailbutler account to work in Outlook for Mac. When I click the Mailbutler Add-in in the Ribbon, and let’s say, click the option to add a note, my personal Mailbutler info shows up as who is creating the note.
I have uninstalled Mailbutler from Outlook for Mac app and Outlook for web. I have shut down all my Microsoft products and signed out of all Mailbutler tabs and Microsoft tabs in my browser. When I add the Add-in back and sign in to my work Mailbutler account, it still pulls in my personal Mailbutler account.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for contacting us. Please note that due to the complex nature of Microsoft’s email configuration, various factors impact Mailbutler’s compatibility with Outlook. This means that it is possible that Mailbutler for Outlook will not work for you.
