Logo in signature no longer appears correctly

I am a professional subscriber and prior to the end of 2019 I was able to use my company logo in my mailbutler signature.  Without making any changes to my signature, my longer stopped appearing correctly in the signature late last year.
I have sent a support request previously with no response.  I am trying again.  Without being able to have my logo appear correctly, mailbutler signature is no longer effective for me.  Please advise ASAP.

thanks for making us aware of your issue. We are currently experiencing the issue that signatures are cropping and condensing logos. We have forwarded this issue to our development team and everything should be working fine again soon!
