I have been a Mail Butler user in the past and it always worked great. I want to sign up and use it again, and I download the app but none of my emails are getting tracked. I have followed the instructions, but I’m not getting the drop-down box when I open and compose a new email. I need help with this ASAP.
When you say “drop-down box”, are you referring to the Companion App, in your Menu Bar? If that’s not showing, then it’s possible that you don’t have Mailbutler properly enabled. If you’re an Apple Mail user, please follow these instructions:
Please try reinstalling Mailbutler from this link: https://bowtie.mailbutler.io/downloads. This link will always provide the most current version of Mailbutler.
If you’re a Mojave or Catalina OS user, please do the following: go to Mail-Preferences-General-Manage Plug-ins and re-enable Mailbutler.
