in October I paid for a professional plan for a year. but then changed it to a monthly business plan. should I get a refund or something?
My apologies for the delay. Perhaps you’ve already been helped directly at email@example.com. In cases like this, your account would have been credited for the remainder of the Professional yearly plan that was still unused. That amount would have been subtracted from the cost of the new Business subscription.
