I’ve had to install a backup on my computer. As a result, I’ve received an email from you, saying I’m using an old version.
When I try to install the newer version – meaning I’m trying to access the dashboard online – it won’t accept my login details.
When I request to reset the password (even though I know the password is correct), I receive an error message, after I enter my mailaddress and click “reset password” I receive the message “Ohh, The change you wanted was rejected.”. At this point I hadn’t even entered a new password.
Could you please help?
