Create and attach a signature using a signature template

Create a beautiful signature to be displayed at the bottom of your emails using a Mailbutler Signature Template

How to create a Signature using a Signature Template

  1. Sign into your Mailbutler Dashboard (https://bowtie.mailbutler.io/)
  2. On the left, click on Signatures
  3. Continue by clicking add Signature
  4. Now select your preferred template (e.g. Artist)
  5.  Once selected, enter the desired signature parameters. Click on Fields to add such parameters as Name, Address, Phone Number etc

  8. You can add your Company logo or Image either by inserting the URL or by Uploading it to the template. You can also drag and drop your image into the drop field shown below.Screenshot of drop image feature in Mailbutler image template
  9. You can add a Closing Section or Disclaimer under your Signature by clicking on Sections and selecting the desired section you want to add.Screenshot of Sections parameter in Mailbutler Signature feature
  10. When you are done Save your signature.

Where to locate your Signature

You can locate your custom signature by logging in to your Mailbutler Dashboard and clicking on Signatures on the left menu. Your Signature will be displayed under My Personal Signatures

In Apple Mail, your signature is also saved at your Apple Mail Signature menu and it is automatically added to all your email accounts. You can choose your default email signature if you have more than one signature.

  1. Open Apple Mail
  2. Next, click Mail in the menu bar on the top left
  3. Click Signatures
  4. Click on the email account you want to use for the signature
  5. Choose the signature you want to use by default when sending an email from the selected email account

How to attach your signature

Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail
  2. Compose a message
  3. Select your signature

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail
  2. Compose a message
  3. Click the Signature Button at the bottom 
  4. Choose the signature you want to use

You can also create your own templates and share with a team.
